Cut Down on Calories Gradually
To start your way to lose weight fast and easy, start by decreasing calorie intake by just 500 per day.. Too much calorie reduction too soon will wear you off. You will feel weak and unable to cope with the diet.
Drastically reducing calories will put unnecessary burden on the body. It can slow down metabolism rate and you will feel weak and tired easily. This is not the best way to lose weight.
When you want to reduce 500 calories, focus more on reducing carbohydrate intake. I don’t advise completely giving up carbs. At the same time, avoid processed foods as they can cause food addiction and also usually contain too many calories. Follow a fast weight loss program which does not reduce your calorie intake by much.
Eat healthy snacks
A great way to lose weight fast and easy is by eating apples as snacks. Apples are very healthy food and they don’t contain too many calories.
If you have the desire of eating snacks in between meals, avoid junk food which are high in calories. They are high in calories but low in nutrition. Instead of that, opt for an apple. Your craving will be satisfied and you will feel full.
Many Small Workouts Daily:
If you cannot afford to take out time for exercises, here is a simple solution. Start exercising in small sessions many times a day. You can exercise even in between your work or while doing any chores.
You can get better results by doing both aerobic and anaerobic exercises. For best results, do both aerobic as well as anaerobic exercises. Start with less intensity and gradually increase duration and intensity of your exercises as you get more comfortable with it.
There are several exercises like jumping rope, skipping, running on the spot etc. which do not require you to purchase special equipment. They don’t take too much of time. So do them many times during the day.
Boost Your Metabolism:
The best way of losing weight fast is boost your metabolism. One way of doing it is to do aerobic and anaerobic exercises everyday. Drinking lot of water and staying hydrated will also help in boosting metabolism rate.
A great trick to further boost metabolism is to deviate from your diet plan every now and then. You can set aside one day in a week where you allow yourself to eat your favorite foods. If you enjoy hamburgers, pasta,cakes etc., there is no reason to give them up completely.
Remember, you are only allowed to indulge in high calorie foods just once in a week. But do so in moderation. I am not saying that you can eat as much of your favorite foods as you like. Enjoy your favorite foods within limitations.
During other days of the week, stay with the healthy diet plan you are following. When you consume low calories for 6 days, your metabolic rate might drop. You can revive it by eating a high calorie diet on 1 day of the week.
This way you don’t even have to give up your favorite foods in order to lose weight fast and easy. You just need to change your eating patterns a little bit and also eat in moderation.
