Many people want to know how to lose weight in 2 weeks or less. So here I present a simple, yet effective, 3 step plan to lose weight fast in a month.

Not only can you lose weight quickly, but also in a healthy manner and you shall be able to keep it off forever.

First Step - The first step involves cutting down bad foods from your everyday diet. If you really want to lose weight, you need to eliminate things like canned fruit juices, sweets, junk foods, soda drinks. Such foods are the main culprit behind unwanted weight gain. They are not at all health to eat.

After cutting down on the above mentioned foods, you also need to make sure you are eating properly. Control the portion size of your meals. Do not eat till you are full, stop before it. Eat slowly as it prevents overeating. Do not eat while watching TV as it will distract you and make you eat more.

You may feel hunger pangs between meals. One way to overcome this problem is to eat healthy snacks instead of junk food. You can eat carrots, cucumber or tomatoes as they are low in calories and have high nutritional value.

Second Step - Now we move on to another important and a little difficult step. This step involves eliminating bad habits like smoking and drinking. They are bad for your health and can even contribute indirectly in weight gain. You must kick these habits off!

You may think that smoking is a stress reliever. But it only provides you temporary stress relief. A better alternative is to exercise regularly. Physical exercise is a great way to reduce feelings of stress. But it takes some form of commitment and motivation to start a regular exercise schedule.

I will reveal a simple yet excellent strategy to keep yourself motivated. Take a piece of paper and write down all your important health and weight loss goals on it. Then read out these goals to yourself almost daily. It can help tremendously in keeping your motivation level high when the going gets tough.

Third Step - After completing the above 2 steps, you should find the third step to be quite easy. This step involves keeping track of how you are progressing day by day. An excellent way to do this is to maintain a food journal and an exercise journal. Write down entries for each day, which you can later analyze to see if anything needs to be improved upon.

Above all, remember that slow and steady wins the race. So, don’t go for fad diets which focus on short-term results. Opt for a good fast weight loss diet plan which focuses on long term results.
